This instrument was developed from the Standard mini-Wright to monitor the low range from 30 to 370 litres/minutes. The severely affected respiratory suffering or pediatric patient may be encouraged if they are able to move the pointer an appreciable distance up the scale. An adapter and small, sterilizable mouthpiece for use by children is also included. The Low Range mini-Wright correlates closely with the original Wright Peak Flowmeter. - Used in cases of asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema
